Our Story
Nyati Group Safaris was founded by Leon Marais and Professional Hunter Marnus Senekal — two South Africans who grew up with the bush in their blood.
Marnus brings over 15 years of professional hunting experience to every safari, with a deep knowledge of the North West Province terrain, its game, and the traditions that make African hunting unlike anything else in the world. Between them, Leon and Marnus have built Nyati Group Safaris on three principles: personal service, ethical hunting, and unforgettable experiences.
We operate on exclusive private land, hosting a maximum of four hunters at a time. That's a deliberate choice — because when you hunt with us, you're not just a booking. You're a guest. Every hunt is tailored, every detail considered, and every trophy hard-earned.
